Why Buy from Guy du Vin?

I do not want to place my order on line, I would rather phone it in. Can I do that?

Yes, just call 503.704.3699 and you can place your order.

How much does it cost to deliver or ship my wine?

We use UPS and we only charge you what it costs us (UPS + cost of the box + signature required fee). There is no handling charge.

Can I authorize the delivery person to leave my wine?

No. All shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who may be required to show identification at the time of delivery, proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. 
Since an adult signature is required at time of delivery, shipping to a business address is strongly recommended.

Do you offer case discounts?

We offer 10% off case sales. Mixed cases are included. If a wine is flagged as “no discounts”, it will still apply towards your 12 bottle purchase.

I do not want to create an account. Can I still place an order?

What is your return policy?

Wine is a matter of taste. A wine that we at Guy du Vin adore, you may think is “just OK”. Or a wine that you can’t live without may never darken our cellar door. Guy du Vin does not provide refunds on wine that you may not “like”. That being said, there are occasions when a wine is “off” or corked. If you receive a corked wine from Guy du Vin, DON’T pour it out. Put the cork back in the bottle and contact us immediately. We may ask you to send the tainted bottle back to us. We will credit you for the bad bottle. Returns must be handled in the first 30 days to assure product integrity.

What is your privacy policy?

Guy du Vin will not share your email address or any other information with any other companies, ever. Period.
