  • Do you have a store where I can buy wine?
    Yes! Please visit us at 0224 SW Hamilton Street, Suite 100 and share our beautiful view of the Willamette River and Mt. Hood. Our posted hours are 10:00 until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday. Other times by appointment. Directions (If you use mapping software, be careful. Many applications drop the leading zero, and it's important.)

  • Where do you ship?
    Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming. We regret that we cannot accept orders for those states not listed above due to direct shipping laws.

  • Can I pay by check?
    Yes. Just place your order and select "check" in the payment option drop down box during checkout. Then mail your check and a copy of your order to Guy du Vin. (The address is found at the bottom of this page.)

  • I don't want to place my order on line, I'd rather phone it in. Can I do that?
    Yes, just call 971.244.1596 and you can place your order.

  • How much does it cost to deliver or ship my wine?
    If you live in the Portland area, it is $10 for up to 5 cases of wine and $20 for any amount above 5 cases. If we ship your wine (we use UPS) we only charge you what it costs us (UPS + cost of the box + signature required fee). There is no handling charge.

  • Can I authorize the delivery person to leave my wine?
    No. All shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who may be required to show identification at the time of delivery, proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
    Since an adult signature is required at time of delivery, shipping to a business address is strongly recommended.

  • How long does it take to receive my wine?
    Orders are delivered to our customers on Wednesday's (all day) and Friday's (before 3:00 p.m.). Orders must be placed via the web or phone by 3:00 p.m. on Monday to be delivered (or shipped) on Wednesday or by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday to be delivered (or shipped) on Friday.
    Portland customers will be contacted to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. Guy du Vin will be happy to deliver your wine to a business address. An adult signature is required for all deliveries.

  • How do I change my login password?
    After you sign in, you are presented with a screen that has your account information, including your password (displayed with asterisks). Simply type your new password in both boxes and it will be changed. If you'd like your account deleted, please fill out your request using the "Contact Guy du Vin" button on the left of this screen.

  • I live in Hillsboro, can I get Guy du Vin delivery? How far from Portland do you deliver?
    Sorry. But we are happy to send out your wine via UPS. If there is no one home during the day, we suggest having the wine delivered to your work address.

  • Do you offer case discounts?
    We offer 10% off case sales. Mixed cases are included. If a wine is flagged as "no discounts", it will still apply towards your 12 bottle purchase. Case discounts will not show up during checkout. A follow up email will be sent with the corrected price that will appear on your credit card statement.

  • I don't want to create an account. Can I still place an order?
    Sure, you can either phone us or fax in your order. If you'd like to fax in your order, just write your credit card information on your order and fax to 971.244.1597. This goes directly to Guy du Vin and cannot be viewed by anyone else.

  • What is your return policy?
    Wine is a matter of taste. A wine that we at Guy du Vin adore, you may think is "just OK". Or a wine that you can't live without may never darken our cellar door. That being said, there are occasions when a wine is "off" or corked. If you receive a corked wine from Guy du Vin, DON'T pour it out. Put the cork back in the bottle and contact us immediately. We may ask you to send the tainted bottle back to us. We will credit you for the bad bottle.
